| Please make sure you have read the items descriptions to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the product you are buying and to familiarise yourself with our prices. This will allow us to resolve any queries before you purchase the product and to ensure you are purchasing the correct item. |
| In the unlikely event of you not being 100% satisfied with your product please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive it. |
| In all cases regarding Returns you must obtain a Returns Aurthorisation Number from us. Refunds or replacements will not be processed for items returned to us without our authorisation. |
| The buyer is responsible for posting back any returns at their own cost which will be refunded. A refund will not be issued if the item returned is deemed unsuitable for sale. |
| Refunds or replacements will be processed 5 working days from receipt of the returned item. A replacement or Refund will only be made once the goods have been returned & inspected. |
